Remitap Fintech Solutions Private Limited is seeking a detail -oriented and proactive Accountant with 1–3 years of experience to manage daily accounting operations, financial records, reconciliation, statutory compliance, and reporting. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of accounting principles, taxation, and financial documentation, with excellent analytical and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities


- Maintain day -to -day accounting records and financial transactions.

- Prepare and record journal entries, payment vouchers, and receipts.

- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.

- Perform bank, cash, and ledger reconciliation.

- Process vendor payments and monitor outstanding balances.

- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

- Maintain general ledger and ensure accurate bookkeeping.

- Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance filings.

- Support payroll processing and employee reimbursement accounting.

- Prepare invoices and monitor customer collections.

- Coordinate with auditors during internal and statutory audits.

- Maintain fixed asset records and depreciation schedules.

- Ensure proper documentation and filing of financial records.

- Assist management with budgeting and financial analysis.





- Perform other accounting and finance -related tasks assigned by management.


Required Skills

- Solid knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping.

- Experience in bank reconciliation and ledger management.

- Knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.

- Good analytical and problem -solving skills.

- Tally Prime

- Zoho Books (preferred)

- Microsoft Excel (Advanced)

- Basic knowledge of ERP/accounting software


Educational Qualification

- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.Com), Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

- M.Com or professional certifications (CA Inter/CMA Inter) will be an added advantage.


Preferred Qualifications

- 1–3 years of experience in accounting or finance.

- Experience in fintech, banking, or financial services is preferred.

- Familiarity with accounting software and financial reporting tools.
