Job Description – Team Leader (Banking / International Customer Support)

Position: Team Leader

Location: Malad, Mumbai

CTC: Up to ₹7 LPA

Working Days: 5 Days a Week

Shift: Rotational Shifts

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Team Leader to lead and manage a team of customer support associates in a dynamic and performance-driven environment. Candidates from Banking, BFSI, International Customer Support, International BPO, or Customer Service backgrounds are preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day team operations and ensure achievement of performance targets.
- Monitor productivity, quality, attendance, and service levels.
- Conduct regular coaching, feedback sessions, and performance reviews.
- Handle customer escalations and ensure timely resolution.
- Drive team engagement and maintain high levels of employee motivation.
- Ensure adherence to organizational policies and client requirements.
- Prepare and maintain performance reports and MIS.

Eligibility Criteria

- Graduation is Mandatory (Only Graduates can apply).




- Minimum 1–3 years of experience as a Team Leader.
- Banking, BFSI, International Customer Support, or BPO experience preferred.
- Strong communication, leadership, and people management skills.
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts.
- Willing to work from Malad, Mumbai.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Immediate Joiners Preferred.
- Experience handling customer service or international process teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Candidates must be comfortable commuting to Malad, Mumbai.
