Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Corporate Sales Manager – MICE to drive business growth. The role involves developing corporate accounts, managing relationships, and delivering customized MICE solutions across our resort network

.Key Responsibilities

- Identify and acquire current corporate clients for MICE business
- .Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporates, event agencies, and travel partners
- .Design and pitch customized MICE packages aligned with client needs
- .Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
- .Coordinate with operations and resort teams to ensure seamless event execution
- .Track market trends and competitor activities to strengthen positioning

.Candidate Profile

- 5–8 years of experience in corporate sales, preferably in hospitality, travel, or event management
- Strong network of corporate clients in Bangalore
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Target‑driven, self‑motivated, and customer‑centric
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Marketing, or Hospitality
