We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Manager to drive admissions, build partnerships, and contribute to the organization's growth.

Promote and sell professional IT training programs, including Data Analytics, AWS, DevOps, Azure, SAP, MIM, and other technology certification courses, by understanding customer learning and career requirements.
Conduct counselling sessions and guide students in selecting suitable programs based on their career goals and skill levels.




Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation to enrolment.
Identify new business opportunities and develop strategic partnerships.
Maintain accurate sales records and CRM updates.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets while ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.

Minimum 3+ years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Admissions, or EdTech sales.
- Graduate / MBA in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
- Strong sales, lead generation, and relationship management abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings, partnerships, and promotional events.
