Role Overview

As a Senior Interior Designer, you will lead the design journey for residential interior projects from concept creation to project handover. You will be responsible for creating cutting-edge design solutions, managing client relationships, driving sales closures, and ensuring seamless project execution while maintaining the highest standards of design quality and customer satisfaction. The role requires strong expertise in residential interiors, modular design, space planning, and project coordination.

Key Responsibilities

Design & Client Management

- Understand customer requirements, lifestyle preferences, and budget constraints.
- Create conceptual designs, space plans, mood boards, and design presentations.
- Develop detailed 2D layouts, technical drawings, and 3D visualizations.
- Present design concepts and solutions to clients and incorporate feedback effectively.
- Guide customers through material selections, finishes, colors,



and décor elements.
- Own the customer experience throughout the project lifecycle.

Project Ownership

- Manage end-to-end residential interior projects from design to handover.
- Coordinate with project managers, vendors, production teams, and installation teams.
- Ensure design accuracy, feasibility, and execution quality.
- Prepare BOQs, quotations, and project documentation.
- Track project timelines and resolve design-related execution challenges.

Sales & Revenue Responsibilities

- Drive design-led sales conversions and achieve monthly revenue targets.
- Conduct effective design consultations that lead to project closures.
- Build customer trust through solution-oriented design recommendations.
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and conversion ratio.

Education

- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or related discipline.

Experience

- 4–6 years of experience in Residential Interior Design.
- Experience delivering Full Home / Turnkey Interior Projects.
- Proven track record of handling multiple projects simultaneously.
- Exposure to design-led sales and customer-facing roles is preferred.
