A Junior Accountant at Rathi Bandhus Commercial Private Limited is responsible for managing daily accounting activities, maintaining financial records, and supporting the finance team with tax compliance and reporting tasks. The role requires basic knowledge of accounting software and financial regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Record day-to-day accounting transactions such as sales, purchases, receipts, payments, and expenses.
- Maintain ledgers and financial records accurately.
- Perform bank reconciliation and track financial transactions.
- Assist in preparing GST, TDS, and other statutory returns (under supervision).
- Support the preparation of monthly and annual financial reports.
- Handle petty cash management and vendor payments.
- Maintain invoices, bills, vouchers, and accounting documents.
- Coordinate with auditors and management for accounting operations.
Required Qualifications
- Education: B.Com / M.Com or equivalent commerce degree.
- Knowledge of Tally ERP and MS Excel preferred.
- Basic understanding of GST, TDS, and taxation compliance.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
