Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers / banks regarding issues
Answer inbound customer calls and provide accurate information about products, services, or offers.

- Generate and qualify leads by identifying customer needs and interest.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, feedback, and call outcomes in the CRM system.
- Resolve customer queries and complaints professionally or escalate them to the appropriate team when required.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call, lead generation, or sales targets.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships through effective communication and follow-up.

Pay: ₹8,880.83 - ₹10,023.36 per month
