Experience- 2 to 6 years of experience in commercial/Residential real estate sourcing and leasing.
Qualifications

- Bachelors degree in Business, Commerce, Real Estate, or related field
- MBA in Sales and marketing specialization preferred
- Prior experience in commercial property sourcing is required

Job Description (JD)

- Build and manage relationships with brokers, property owners, and partners
- Conduct market research on pricing, demand, and location feasibility
- Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, and agreements
- Coordinate with legal and internal teams for documentation and approvals
- Prepare sourcing reports and update management on opportunities




- Ensure timely closure of sourcing deals as per company requirements

Technical Skills

- Knowledge of commercial real estate markets and lease structures
- Basic understanding of feasibility and commercial documentation
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

Mandatory Skills

- Robust commercial property sourcing experience
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Good network with brokers and market partners
- Local market knowledge of Mumbai commercial real estate
- Target-oriented and self-driven approach

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
