Job Title: Site Engineer

Reporting To: Project Manager

Job Summary:

The Site Engineer is responsible for managing, coordinating, and supervising construction activities at the site. The role ensures that work is completed on time, within budget, and according to project specifications, safety standards, and quality requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise day-to-day site operations, including civil, structural, and finishing works.
- Ensure execution of work as per approved drawings, specifications, and schedules.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, supervisors, and labor teams for smooth site progress.
- Monitor and record daily progress reports (DPR) and material consumption.
- Inspect work quality and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
- Assist in layout, leveling, and surveying at the construction site.
- Prepare and maintain documentation including site records, measurement sheets, and checklists.
- Coordinate with the Project Manager for resource planning and material requirements.
- Report site issues, delays, and discrepancies immediately for corrective action.




- Support in preparing bar bending schedules (BBS) and quantity estimations.
- Conduct safety toolbox talks and ensure compliance with HSE norms.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Education: Diploma or B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- Experience: 2–5 years of experience in site execution (buildings, infrastructure, or industrial projects).
- Soft Skills:
- Leadership and team coordination abilities.
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Good communication and reporting ability.

- Timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Quality of workmanship and adherence to specifications.
- Safety compliance and zero accident rate.
- Resource optimization and cost control.
- Accuracy of reports and documentation.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
