Position: Sales Officer / Sales Executive

Job Locations: Indore / Ujjain

Job Summary: We are looking for dynamic and result-oriented professionals for the position of Sales Officer / Sales Executive for Generator Sales and Industrial Machinery Solutions. The candidate will be responsible for field visits, lead generation, customer meetings, product promotion, and sales conversion related to DG Sets / Generators and Heavy Industrial Machinery solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Visit industrial areas, factories, commercial establishments, builders, hospitals, institutions, and potential customers for business development

2. Generate leads and develop current customers for Generator / DG Set sales

3. Promote and explain product specifications, applications, and installation requirements to customers

4. Understand customer power requirements and suggest suitable generator solutions

5. Conduct regular follow-ups with clients for inquiries, quotations, negotiations, and closures

6. Coordinate with internal technical and service teams for smooth execution

7. Develop strong relationships with customers, consultants, contractors, and industrial clients

8. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

9.



Prepare daily visit reports and maintain customer database

10. Monitor market trends and competitor activities

Required Skills & Experience:

1. Relevant experience in Generator Sales / DG Set Sales / Heavy Industrial Machinery Sales is preferred

2. Knowledge of industrial products, power solutions, or machinery sales

3. Strong communication, negotiation, and customer handling skills

4. Ability to travel extensively for field visits and business development

5. Lead generation and sales conversion capability

6. Self-motivated and target-oriented personality

7. Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Email, and reporting

Qualification: Graduate / Diploma preferred - Technical background will be an added advantage

Experience: Minimum 1–5 years of relevant experience preferred

Salary: Best in Industry + Incentives

1. Experience in Industrial Sales / Generator Industry

2. Preferred Language - Hindi

3. Good local market knowledge

4. Strong networking and relationship-building ability
