We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced E-commerce Marketplace Executive to manage and scale our online marketplace business across leading fashion, lifestyle, and quick commerce platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end marketplace operations, including product listings, catalogue management, pricing, inventory updates, and promotions.
- Monitor daily sales performance, order processing, returns, cancellations, and customer ratings to ensure operational excellence.
- Plan and execute marketplace campaigns, seasonal offers, promotional calendars, and platform-specific marketing initiatives.
- Coordinate with the Design, Warehouse, Operations, and Customer Support teams to ensure smooth marketplace operations.
- Manage marketplace advertising campaigns to improve product visibility, traffic, and sales performance.
- Track and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales, ROAS, conversion rates, traffic, and campaign effectiveness.
- Ensure accurate inventory synchronisation between Shopify, ERP systems, and marketplace seller panels.
- Conduct competitor analysis,



monitor pricing strategies, and identify market trends to drive business growth.
- Prepare weekly and monthly business performance reports with actionable insights.
- Ensure compliance with marketplace policies and maintain high seller performance metrics.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–4 years of hands-on experience managing fashion or lifestyle brands on major marketplaces.
- Strong understanding of marketplace seller panels and marketplace operations.
- Experience in catalogue management, inventory planning, pricing, and order fulfilment.
- Hands-on experience with marketplace advertising, sponsored campaigns, and promotional planning.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, reporting, and data analysis.
- Working knowledge of Shopify and ERP systems will be an added advantage.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) environment.
