Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Finance & Accounts Intern to join our team. This internship provides a excellent opportunity to gain practical experience in financial operations, accounting, and billing processes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in daily accounting operations and data entry in accounting software
- Support in billing activities including invoice preparation, verification, and follow-ups
- Help manage accounts receivable and ensure timely collections
- Assist in preparing expense reports and tracking accounts payable
- Participate in bank reconciliations and ledger maintenance
- Maintain and organize financial records and documents
- Support monthly and quarterly financial closing activities
- Assist with statutory filings such as GST, TDS, etc., under guidance
- Coordinate with internal teams for billing and payment-related queries
- Prepare basic financial reports and analysis as required

Requirements:





- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Understanding of basic accounting and billing processes
- Familiarity with MS Excel and accounting software (Tally, Tally prime) preferred
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Eagerness to learn and contribute in a team environment
