Job Title: Reception & Billing Executive

Department: Front Office & Billing

Location: Kanchipuram

Job Summary

We are looking for a Reception & Billing Executive to manage patient front-desk activities and billing processes while ensuring smooth patient coordination and accurate financial transactions.

Roles & Responsibilities

Reception / Front Office

- Greet and guide patients and attenders politely
- Patient registration and appointment scheduling
- Handle phone calls, inquiries, and follow-ups
- Coordinate with doctors, nurses, lab, and OT
- Maintain patient records and confidentiality

Billing Responsibilities

- Prepare OP / IP bills accurately
- Handle consultation, procedure, pharmacy, and lab billing
- Explain charges and packages to patients
- Manage cash, card, UPI, and insurance entries
- Generate receipts and daily billing reports





Skills Required

- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer knowledge (Billing software / Excel)
- Accuracy in billing and cash handling
- Customer service orientation
- Multitasking and time management

Qualification

- Any Graduate
- Hospital / healthcare front office or billing experience preferred

Experience

- 0–3 years in hospital reception or billing
- Freshers with hospital exposure can apply
