- Conduct operational and financial audits of restaurant outlets.
- Verify daily sales, cash collections, deposits, and POS transactions.
- Review inventory records, stock movements, and consumption reports.
- Identify discrepancies, revenue leakages, and policy non-compliance.
- Ensure adherence to SOPs, internal controls, and company policies.
- Audit vendor bills, purchase records, and expense documentation.
- Prepare detailed audit reports with findings and corrective action plans.
- Coordinate with outlet managers and department heads to resolve audit observations.
Pay: ₹10,244.19 - ₹53,369.57 per month
