Key Responsibilities

- Handle day-to-day showroom operations.
- Provide a positive customer experience.
- Support business growth through effective sales activities.
- Assist and coordinate with the showroom team.
- Maintain product displays and showroom presentation.
- Respond to customer queries in a professional manner.
- Check stock availability and coordinate with the inventory team.
- Ensure the showroom remains clean and well-organized.
- Prepare daily and weekly sales reports.
- Support promotional activities and in-store campaigns.

Qualification

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred).

Experience & Eligibility Criteria

- 2–5 years of experience in retail or showroom operations.
- Valuable communication and customer service skills.
- Experience in crockery, home décor, lifestyle products, or a similar retail environment is preferred.
- Basic understanding of sales processes.
- Knowledge of inventory management and billing/POS systems.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good coordination and organizational skills.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
