Job Description: HR Executive

Location: Ahmedabad, Vatva

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for overall quality system in HR Department.

2. Understanding & Executing staffing requirements & issues from all

departments.

3. Coordinate the recruitment process.

4. Sourcing candidates via Job online advertisement & recruitment agencies.

5. To complete joining formalities of new joining employees with documentation.

6. Introducing newly appointed people to all Dept. & handover to concern HOD.

7. Review, Update & maintain proper filing of documents.

8. Setting up/Update/forward email addressed for current employees.

9. Planning of company events or activities on occasions with management

approval.

Minimum Education Qualifications: Any Graduate in HR

Total Experiences Required: 5 to 7 Years

Skills Required:

1. Human Resources Management

2. Benefits Administration

3. Communication Processes

4. Adept to problem solving & conflict resolution

5. Extensive knowledge of HR processes & systems.

Target Industries / Companies: Industrial Engineering / Manufacturing

Annual CTC: 6.00LPA

Age Group: 25 to 35 Years.
