We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically proficient BIM Modeler to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing high-quality Building Information Models (BIM) and technical drawings, ensuring accuracy and coordination across various project phases. You will play a key role in transforming conceptual designs into detailed, data-rich digital representations.
Key Responsibilities
- Model Development: Create, manage, and update 3D BIM models (LOD 300 to 500) using Autodesk Revit and other industry-standard software.
- Documentation: Generate precise 2D architectural and structural drawings, sections, elevations, and schedules from the BIM model.
- Clash Detection: Perform regular clash detection and interference checks using Navisworks to identify and resolve spatial conflicts before construction.
- Collaboration: Coordinate with architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure design intent and technical requirements are met.
- Standards Compliance: Maintain project-specific BIM execution plans (BEP) and ensure all models adhere to company and international BIM standards.
- Content Creation: Develop and manage Revit families and parametric components to improve library efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture,
Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Technical Expertise: Proficiency in Autodesk Revit (Architecture/Structure/MEP), Navisworks Manage, and AutoCAD.
- Experience: 2–5 years of professional experience in BIM modeling within the AEC (Architecture, Engineering, and Construction) industry.
- Project Knowledge: Strong understanding of construction documentation, building materials, and integrated project delivery (IPD).
- Problem-Solving: Ability to analyze complex design challenges and provide efficient modeling solutions.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Dynamo or other visual programming tools for automation.
- Familiarity with Point Cloud data and Scan-to-BIM workflows.
- Knowledge of international BIM standards (e.g., ISO 19650).
- Experience working on large-scale infrastructure or commercial real estate projects.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
