- Solid knowledge of network protocols, routing, and switching technologies.
- Experience with network monitoring and diagnostic tools to identify and resolve issues.
- Ability to design and implement network changes while minimizing impact on business operations.
- Familiarity with vendor management and coordinating with external partners for issue resolution.
