Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹16,000 per month

Job Summary

We are looking for a friendly and customer-focused Customer Care Executive to handle customer inquiries, provide accurate information, resolve issues, and ensure a positive customer experience. Freshers with positive communication skills are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
- Respond to customer queries via phone, email, or chat.
- Resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Follow up with customers to ensure issue resolution.
- Coordinate with internal teams to provide prompt support.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

Eligibility

- Experience: 0–1 year (Freshers can apply)
- Any Graduate or Undergraduate.
- Good communication skills in Tamil (English is an added advantage).
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and computer applications.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
