- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the company's products and services.
- Generate new business opportunities through field visits, cold calling, networking, and digital channels.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, industry trends, and competitor activities.
- Prepare marketing presentations, proposals, quotations, and promotional materials.
- Coordinate with the sales, production, and customer support teams to ensure timely execution of customer requirements.
- Plan and execute promotional campaigns, exhibitions, trade fairs, and product launches.
- Follow up on customer inquiries, leads, and quotations to maximize business conversion.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales and marketing targets while maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly marketing reports, including sales performance, customer feedback, and market analysis.
