Job Description: Sales cum Delivery Associate

Reports to: Store Manager

Employment Type: Full-time Role

Overview Responsible for both selling and delivering cool drinks and mineral water products to retail outlets, restaurants, offices, and households within an assigned territory, while maintaining strong customer relationships and ensuring timely, accurate deliveries.

Key Responsibilities Visit assigned retail shops, restaurants, and households daily to take orders and sell products Deliver cool drinks/mineral water bottles/cans/jars to customers as per schedule Load and unload stock from delivery vehicle safely and efficiently Collect payments (cash/UPI/cheque) and maintain accurate transaction records Identify and onboard current customers/outlets to expand market reach Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business Track daily sales, stock levels, and empty bottle/jar returns Report competitor activity, pricing,



and market feedback to the sales manager

Ensure vehicle cleanliness and basic maintenance checks before trips Handle customer complaints (damaged goods, delays) and resolve or escalate promptly Achieve monthly sales targets and delivery timelines

Requirements Minimum 10th/12th pass; graduate preferred but not mandatory 1–3 years of experience in sales/delivery (FMCG or beverage industry preferred) Valid driving license (two-wheeler/light commercial vehicle as applicable) Good communication and interpersonal skills Basic knowledge of local area/routes Physically fit to lift and carry water jars/crates Honesty and reliability in handling cash and stock Skills Sales and negotiation ability Route planning and time management Basic record-keeping (manual or app-based) Customer service orientation

Compensation Fixed salary + sales incentives (as per company policy)

Working Hours [e.g., 8 AM – 6 PM, 6 days/week]

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
