- Create monthly content calendars.
- Develop ideas for reels, awareness videos, and campaigns.
- Coordinate with therapists and management for content requirements.
- Research trending formats, audio, and reel styles relevant to education and healthcare content.

Video Production

- Shoot videos using mobile phone and camera equipment.
- Capture therapy activities (with parental consent).
- Record therapist interviews and educational sessions.
- Cover events, workshops, parent sessions, and celebrations.
- Create behind-the-scenes content.

Video Editing

- Edit Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts.
- Add captions, transitions, music, graphics, and branding.
- Create engaging hooks and storytelling sequences.
- Repurpose long-form content into short-form videos.
- Optimize videos for different social media platforms.

Social Media Support

- Upload and schedule content.
- Write captions and hashtags.
- Maintain content consistency across platforms.
- Monitor reel performance and engagement.
- Suggest improvements based on analytics and audience response.

Brand Building

Create content related to:

- Child development milestones
- Autism awareness
- ADHD awareness
- Speech therapy tips
- Occupational therapy activities
- Parent guidance

- Success stories
- Enfance events and celebrations

Weekly DeliverablesMinimum Expectations

- 4–5 reels per week

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
