Position: Process Coordinator (PC)

Reports To: Operations Manager / Production Head

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Production Coordination: Plan, schedule, and monitor the entire production process from raw material procurement to finished goods, ensuring on-time delivery of orders.
- Order Processing: Receive orders from the sales team, break them down into production tasks, allocate resources, and track order progress through each stage.
- Inter-Department Liaison: Coordinate between design, cutting, stitching, quality control, packaging, and dispatch teams to ensure seamless workflow.
- Quality Assurance: Work closely with the QC team to ensure all products meet the required quality standards, especially for Institutional client specifications.
- Inventory & Material Management: Track raw material stock, coordinate with procurement for timely material availability, and minimize production delays.
- Timeline Management: Create and maintain production timelines, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions to meet delivery deadlines.
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain detailed records of production schedules, order status, daily output, and wastage reports. Prepare daily/weekly MIS reports for management.
- Vendor Coordination: Coordinate with external vendors, job workers, and subcontractors for outsourced processes and ensure timely completion.
- Process Improvement:



Identify inefficiencies in current workflows and suggest improvements to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and improve turnaround time.
- Compliance: Ensure all production processes comply with company standards, client specifications, and relevant industry regulations.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

- Bachelor's degree in Production Management, Operations, Textile Engineering, or related field.
- 3 – 5 years of experience in process coordination, production planning, or operations management (preferably in garments, textiles, or sportswear manufacturing).
- Strong understanding of garment production processes – cutting, stitching, finishing, and packaging.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and familiarity with ERP/production management software.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities with strong attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills in Hindi and English (both written and verbal).
- Ability to work under pressure, manage tight deadlines, and handle multiple orders simultaneously.
- Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to process improvement.

PREFERRED / GOOD TO HAVE

- Experience in sportswear or uniform manufacturing.
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies.
- Experience handling Institutional order specifications and compliance.
- Familiarity with quality standards like ISO 9001 or similar certifications.
- MBA or diploma in Operations / Supply Chain Management.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
