About the Role

Saraswati Group of Colleges, Punjab is inviting applications for the position of Event Head.

The role requires a creative and highly organized professional who can plan, execute, and manage institutional events, cultural programs, academic conferences, seminars, workshops, and other campus activities while ensuring seamless coordination across departments.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and execute institutional, academic, and cultural events
- Coordinate with departments for seminars, conferences, workshops, and celebrations
- Manage event budgets, vendors, and logistics
- Lead event planning, scheduling, and on-ground execution
- Coordinate with marketing and media teams for event promotions
- Ensure smooth event operations and stakeholder coordination
- Maintain event calendars, reports, and documentation
- Develop innovative ideas to enhance student engagement and campus activities

Eligibility Criteria

- Educational Qualification: Graduate in any discipline (MBA / Master's Degree / Event Management qualification preferred)
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in event management, institutional events, or campus administration
- Experience in a college, university, or educational institution will be preferred
- Strong leadership and event coordination experience
