Job Description: Digital Marketing Manager (Retail)

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, customer engagement, and online sales.
- Plan, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and other digital platforms.
- Lead SEO, SEM, email marketing, content marketing, and social media initiatives.
- Monitor website performance using Google Analytics and recommend improvements to increase traffic and conversions.
- Manage the digital marketing budget and maximize return on investment (ROI).
- Collaborate with merchandising, sales, design, and e-commerce teams to support product launches and promotional campaigns.
- Analyze campaign performance, prepare reports, and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Stay up to date with digital marketing trends, retail consumer behavior, and competitor activities.
- Manage external agencies, vendors,



and marketing partners when required.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all digital channels.

Required Skills

- Solid knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics (GA4), SEO, SEM, and social media marketing.
- Experience with email marketing platforms and marketing automation tools.
- Understanding of e-commerce platforms and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
- Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 4+ years of digital marketing experience.
- Google Ads, Google Analytics, or Meta certifications are an added advantage.
