Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in sourcing candidates through various hiring channels
- Review applications and shortlist suitable profiles
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
- Support onboarding and joining formalities
- Maintain recruitment and employee-related records
- Help create job advertisements and recruitment content
- Assist with employee engagement initiatives
- Collaborate with different teams for hiring requirements
