Creative Product Designer

Full-time

Attur (Hybrid)

A design generalist who loves digging into complex UX flows as much as perfecting micro- interactions, layout grids, and the typography of a UI system — owning design from abstract ideation to high-fidelity, shipped interfaces.

Responsibilities:

- Vision & ideation: Turn business requirements and engineering limits into elegant, user centric solutions.
- UX/UI craftsmanship: Build user journeys, storyboards, wireframes, and high-fidelity mockups that feel intuitive.
- Prototyping & testing: Prototype motion and flow, then run user testing to validate the choices.
- Design-system stewardship: Scale a centralized component library for brand consistency across web and mobile.
- Cross-functional partnership: Work with PMs, engineers, and marketers from Day 1 for pixel-perfect implementation.
- Market & trend research: Track emerging trends, consumer behavior,



and competitors to keep us cutting-edge.

Qualification:

- Minimum 2+ years of experience.
- A stellar portfolio of shipped products —typography, color, interaction, problem-solving.
- Tool proficiency across Figma, Sketch, andAdobe Creative Suite.
- Systems thinking — real work inside robust component libraries.
- Storytelling — articulate choices and advocate for user empathy.
- Agility in fast, iterative sprint cycles with continuous feedback.
- Bonus: front-end constraints (HTML/CSS/JS) or micro-animation experience.
