We are looking for a detail-oriented Junior Executive – Accounts to join our Finance team. The ideal candidate should have 2–3 years of accounting experience and hands-on knowledge of GST, TDS, bookkeeping, bank reconciliation, and MS Excel.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain day-to-day accounting transactions.
- Record purchase, sales, receipts, and payment entries.
- Prepare and file GST and TDS-related data.
- Perform bank reconciliation and ledger reconciliation.
- Process vendor invoices and coordinate payments.
- Maintain accounting records and supporting documents.
- Assist in monthly closing and MIS reporting.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and statutory requirements.
Required Skills
- Valuable knowledge of GST and TDS.
- Hands-on experience with Tally ERP/Tally Prime or any ERP software.
- Proficiency in MS Excel.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills.
- Good communication and organizational abilities.
Qualifications
- B.Com, M.Com, or equivalent qualification.
- 2–3 years of relevant experience in Accounts.
