SEO Specialist

Roles & Responsibilities:

Develop and execute innovative SEO strategies to enhance website visibility and increase organic traffic

Optimize content for AI-driven search and answer engines (Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini) using GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) practices

Apply working knowledge of how LLMs surface, cite, and rank content, and adapt strategies to win visibility in AI search results

Utilize advanced tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Moz for keyword research, on-page optimization, and technical SEO audits

Generate compelling, high-quality written content for the website and social media platforms

Oversee off-page SEO initiatives, including link building and local SEO tactics

Stay informed about Google algorithm updates and shifts in AI search ranking, and adapt strategies accordingly





Monitor website performance through Google Analytics and evaluate key performance indicators

Collaborate with the digital marketing team to design demand generation campaigns

Support the setup and management of social media campaigns and website development projects

Develop conversion funnels and track performance metrics effectively

Desired Skills:

Exceptional attention to detail

2-3 years of proven experience in SEO and digital marketing

Profound knowledge of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO practices

Hands-on expertise in LLM-based search, GEO (Generative Engine Optimization), and AI search ranking

Proficiency in content creation and brand development

Solid written and spoken English communication skills

Proficient in Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, and various social media advertising platforms

Capability to work autonomously in a remote work environment

Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of independent work

Salary:

INR 20K to 25K based on skill set
