We are expanding our Digital Identity and KYC product portfolio and are looking for a high-performing Business Development Manager (BDM) with robust domain expertise in eSign, Video KYC, OCR, and KYC/AML APIs.
The ideal candidate should have proven experience in selling API-based or SaaS solutions to Banks, NBFCs, FinTech companies, and Enterprises.
Key Responsibilities
Drive the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
Identify new business opportunities in Banks, NBFCs, FinTechs, and Enterprises
Promote and sell solutions including:
eSign integrations
Video KYC (RBI compliant)
OCR-based document verification
PAN, Aadhaar, CKYC, GST, and Bank verification APIs
AML and Fraud Detection APIs
Understand client technical requirements and coordinate with product and technology teams
Prepare proposals, commercial models, and enterprise contracts
Build and maintain long-term strategic partnerships
Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
Stay updated with regulatory and compliance guidelines related to KYC
Required Skills and Experience
8–10 years of Business Development experience in FinTech, RegTech, or KYC domain
Strong understanding of API-based SaaS products
In-depth knowledge of digital onboarding workflows and Video KYC processes as per RBI norms
