About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and professional Executive Administrative Assistant to support the day-to-day operations of a U.S. tax law firm. This position requires exceptional English communication skills, excellent administrative abilities, and the discipline to work independently while supporting attorneys and the firm's operations.

The ideal candidate must possess outstanding organizational skills, maintain accurate records, prepare detailed meeting notes, track action items, and ensure timely follow-ups on all assigned tasks. The individual should be proactive, dependable, and capable of handling confidential information with professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist with the day-to-day administrative operations of the law firm.
- Answer incoming calls professionally and return client calls when required.
- Gather information from clients and prospective clients over the phone.
- Draft professional emails, correspondence, meeting summaries, and other documents in excellent English.
- Prepare detailed meeting notes (Minutes of Meetings) and maintain accurate documentation.
- Track action items and ensure timely follow-up until completion.
- Manage calendars, appointments, deadlines, and reminders.
- Coordinate with attorneys, staff, clients, and external vendors.
- Maintain confidential client and firm records with a high level of accuracy.
- Organize digital files and documentation.
- Assist with special projects and other administrative duties as assigned.
- Use Microsoft Teams, Word, Excel, Outlook, and other Microsoft Office applications efficiently.

Mandatory Educational Qualification:

· A bachelor's degree is required.

Mandatory Experience

- Minimum 2 years of experience in Executive Administration,



Executive Assistance, Office Administration, or a similar professional role.
- Minimum 1 year of experience with Microsoft Excel.

Preferred Experience

- Experience supporting senior executives, attorneys, accountants, consultants, or professional service firms is highly preferred.

- Excellent spoken English with clear pronunciation and a professional communication style.
- Exceptional written English with robust grammar and attention to detail.
- Outstanding notetaking and documentation skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines without supervision.
- Excellent follow-up skills.
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).

Preferred Skills

Experience with any of the following will be considered an advantage:

- QuickBooks
- Bookkeeping
- Adobe Acrobat

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
