LAB ASSISTANT- PHYSICS & CHEMISTRY

Candidate have Degree/ Diploma/ ITI in relevant field

- Co-ordinate the annual preparation of laboratory support materials; in consultation with the course instructor, make suggestions for course content updates, provide assistance with drawings, wording and be responsible for the delivery of the finalized manual to Creative Services for reproduction •
- Monitor and update laboratory equipment; in consultation with the Electronics and Instruments Technician, ensure that all laboratory equipment is in proper working order •
- Responsible to suggest current equipment purchases, source out vendors and present pricing options to the Administrative Officer for purchase
- Set up laboratory exercises, provide instruction and perform tutorials for specified courses under the general direction of the course instructor •




- Assess student laboratory progress and laboratory examinations in consultation with the course instructor •
- Assist students on an individual and/or group basis with laboratory related assignments/problems
- Ability to solve problems encountered in practical learning.
- Potential to stimulate and engage students in the learning process.
- Good grasp of on-line learning environments and to be able to support effective use
- Ability to work effectively with colleagues and students
- Ability to organise own time effectively, so as to meet deadlines and manage competing priorities

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
