Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with business goals.
- Manage and grow the company's presence on LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and X.
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging content, including posts, reels, videos, and carousels.
- Shoot and edit reels, product videos, and behind-the-scenes content.
- Generate fresh content ideas and creative campaigns to improve brand visibility.
- Increase audience engagement through innovative social media initiatives.
- Cover client events, exhibitions, product launches, and corporate activities.
- Coordinate with the design, marketing, and sales teams to create impactful content.
- Monitor social media performance, analyse insights,



and optimise content strategies.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends and platform algorithms.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in Social Media Management.
- Robust knowledge of LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and X.
- Experience in reel shooting, content creation, and short-form video production.
- Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools.
- Excellent communication, creativity, and content planning skills.
- Experience in B2B, engineering, manufacturing, marine, or industrial sectors will be an added advantage.

This format clearly indicates that the employee is hired by Host2Unlimited but deployed full-time at the Aeromarine client location.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
