Roles & Responsibilities
- Assisting in recruitment and hiring process
- Screening resumes and scheduling interviews
- Coordinating with candidates and team members
- Maintaining employee records and HR documents
- Assisting in onboarding and joining formalities
- Supporting daily HR operations and office coordination
- Posting job openings on different hiring platforms
Requirements
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of HR processes
- Comfortable using MS Office/Google Sheets
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Pursuing or completed graduation in HR, Business Administration, or related field preferred
