Digital Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, tracking, and optimizing our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels. This role requires a strong understanding of current digital marketing tools and strategies, with a focus on driving online growth, brand awareness, and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns across various channels including SEO, SEM, social media, email, and display advertising.
- Plan and execute all web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
- Design, build, and maintain our social media presence across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
- Identify trends and insights,



and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
- Utilize strong analytical capability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
- Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels.
- Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners as needed.
- Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify recent opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
- Manage and optimize PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social media advertising platforms.
- Develop and manage content marketing strategies, including blog posts, articles, and other digital content.
