Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Retail Sales Manager to oversee multiple retail stores across Mumbai. The role is responsible for driving sales performance, ensuring operational excellence, leading store teams, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business Performance

· Achieve sales targets across assigned stores.

· Monitor KPIs including Conversion, ATV, UPT and Productivity.

· Implement strategies to improve store performance.

· Execute promotional campaigns effectively.

· Prepare sales reports and business analysis.

· Coordinate with HR, Marketing, Finance, Operations and Supply Chain.

Operations

· Conduct regular store visits and audits.

· Ensure SOP compliance and visual merchandising standards.

· Monitor stock availability and inventory control.

People Management





· Coach and develop Store Managers and Sales Executives.

· Support hiring, onboarding and training.

· Drive performance management and employee engagement.

Customer Experience

· Maintain excellent customer service standards.

· Resolve escalations promptly.

· Improve customer loyalty and repeat purchases.

Required Skills & Qualifications

· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management or related field.

· 3–6 years of experience in retail sales management.

· Experience in fashion, lifestyle, eyewear or premium retail preferred.

· Strong leadership, communication and analytical skills.

· Proficiency in MS Excel and retail reporting.

· Willingness to travel across Mumbai.

· Compensation: ₹8 LPA CTC + monthly incentives of approximately ₹20,000
