Position: Payroll Executive

- Job Summary

The Payroll Executive is responsible for accurate and timely salary processing, statutory compliance, and maintaining payroll records for workers and staff across multiple sites.

- Key Responsibilities

2.1 Payroll Processing
Process monthly salary for operators, helpers, drivers, and staff
Calculate salary based on attendance, overtime, and shifts
Verify attendance, leave, and overtime records

2.2 Statutory Compliance
Handle PF, ESIC, PT, and MLWF
Ensure timely payment of challans and filing of returns
Complete employee registration under PF and ESIC

2.3 Employee Data Management
Maintain employee master records
Update joining, exit, salary, and bank details
Ensure proper documentation like KYC, PF, ESIC

2.4 Salary Disbursement
Ensure salary is processed before 5th of every month
Coordinate with accounts for salary transfer
Handle employee salary queries





2.5 Coordination with Operations
Collect attendance from different sites
Coordinate with site supervisors and operations team
Resolve attendance and payroll issues

2.6 Reporting
Prepare salary sheets and payroll reports
Maintain deduction reports
Share reports with management

- Key Skills Required

Knowledge of PF, ESIC, PT, MLWF
Experience in handling blue collar payroll
Valuable knowledge of Excel
Attention to detail
Ability to handle 100 or more employees
Good communication and coordination

- Experience Required

2 to 5 years experience in payroll
Experience in manpower, logistics, or forklift industry preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
