Position: Sales & Marketing Manager

Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field MBA Preferred

Salary: Best in Industry (Negotiable based on experience & interview performance)

Experience: 5–10+ Years

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute sales & marketing strategies to achieve business objectives. Drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities and expanding market share. Build, appoint, and strengthen dealer & distributor networks. Develop strong relationships with dealers, distributors, architects, contractors, builders, and key customers. Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets. Conduct market research and competitor analysis. Plan promotional campaigns, branding activities, exhibitions, and product launches. Prepare sales forecasts, MIS reports, budgets, and business plans. Coordinate with production, supply chain, customer service, and finance teams. Monitor collections, receivables,



and credit control. Ensure high customer satisfaction and effective policy implementation.
