Job description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Account Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, handling statutory compliances, and supporting overall finance activities of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Accounting & Bookkeeping:

- Pass daily accounting entries (sales, purchase, expenses, journal entries)
- Maintain general ledger and ensure proper documentation
- Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies

Accounts Receivable & Payable:

- Manage invoicing and billing processes
- Track receivables and follow up for collections
- Maintain vendor payments and payable records

Banking & Reconciliation:

- Handle bank-related work including deposits, payments, and coordination
- Perform bank reconciliation statements (BRS) regularly

Taxation & Compliance:





- Prepare and file GST returns
- Manage TDS calculations, deductions, and filings
- Assist in statutory audits and documentation
- Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations

Key Skills Required

- Strong knowledge of accounting principles
- Working knowledge of GST, TDS, Billing, Reconciliation.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., Tally,
- Good understanding of financial statements
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication and coordination skills

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
