Microcare ENT Hospitals is a leading ENT specialty hospital committed to providing exceptional patient care. We are looking for a passionate and professional Patient Experience & Feedback Executive to enhance patient satisfaction and strengthen our service quality.

Job Responsibilities

* Meet patients before they leave the hospital and understand their overall experience.

* Collect patient feedback and share insights with management.

* Resolve minor concerns by coordinating with the relevant departments.

* Follow up with patients through phone calls or WhatsApp after their visit.

* Invite satisfied patients to share honest Google reviews.

* Obtain patient consent and record testimonial videos when they are comfortable.

* Maintain daily records of feedback, reviews, testimonials, and complaint resolutions.

* Work closely with doctors, reception, nursing, and operations teams to improve patient experience.

Requirements

* Age: Preferably 25 years or above.

* Excellent communication skills in Telugu, Hindi, and English.

* Friendly, empathetic, and confident personality.

* Solid interpersonal and communication skills.

* Ability to handle difficult conversations professionally.

* Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Google Sheets,



WhatsApp, and email).

* Previous experience in hospitals, healthcare, customer service, hospitality, patient relations, or front office is preferred.

Salary

₹20,000–₹35,000 per month (Based on experience)
