Job Summary

Fionaa Gold Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a responsible and well-trained Housekeeping Staff member to maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and order across the factory and office premises. The candidate must have working knowledge of cleaning equipment, tools, and chemicals, and should follow safety and hygiene standards strictly.

Key Responsibilities

1. Cleaning & Maintenance

- Ensure daily cleaning of:

- Office areas, factory floors, corridors, washrooms, and common areas

- Workstations, furniture, doors, windows, and glass partitions

- Maintain cleanliness as per hygiene and safety standards suitable for a jewellery manufacturing environment.

- Dispose of waste properly and maintain segregation as per guidelines.

2. Equipment Handling

- Properly operate and maintain cleaning equipment such as:

- Vacuum cleaners

- Floor scrubbers

- Mops and pressure cleaning tools

- Dusting and sanitizing equipment

- Use cleaning chemicals safely and in correct proportions.

- Ensure equipment is cleaned, stored properly, and handled carefully after use.

3. Hygiene & Safety Compliance

- Follow company hygiene, safety, and cleanliness SOPs.





- Use gloves, masks, and safety gear wherever required.

- Report any safety hazards, damage, or maintenance issues immediately.

4. Inventory & Supplies

- Monitor cleaning materials and inform supervisor for timely replenishment.

- Avoid wastage of cleaning materials and consumables.

5. Discipline & Conduct

- Maintain punctuality, discipline, and skilled behavior.

- Follow company rules and instructions given by supervisors.

- Maintain confidentiality and respect workplace decorum.

6.Required Skills & Qualifications

- Minimum education: 8th / 10th Pass (preferred)

- Experience in housekeeping or industrial cleaning preferred

- Knowledge of:

- Cleaning equipment handling

- Chemical usage & safety

- Industrial / office hygiene standards

- Physically fit and willing to perform cleaning duties

- Honest, disciplined, and hardworking Work Environment

- Factory and office premises

- May involve standing, bending, and lifting light equipment

- Strict adherence to cleanliness and safety standards Preferred Qualities

- Experience in manufacturing or corporate office housekeeping

- Basic understanding of hygiene compliance

- Team player with a responsible attitude
