Job Overview:

We are hiring a Purchase Executive – Car Operations to manage sourcing and procurement of used cars through online platforms. The role involves identifying profitable deals, negotiating prices, and coordinating with sellers to ensure smooth purchase operations during night shift hours.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Car Sourcing & Procurement

- Source used cars from platforms such as Facebook Marketplace, craigslist, and other online portals
- Identify potential deals based on pricing, condition, and demand
- Shortlist verified and profitable vehicles for purchase

2. Price Evaluation & Negotiation

- Conduct market research to benchmark prices
- Negotiate with sellers to finalize the best possible deal
- Ensure cost-effectiveness and profitability in every purchase

3. Seller Coordination

- Communicate with car owners/sellers for details, documentation, and deal closure
- Coordinate for vehicle inspection and finalization
- Maintain robust relationships with repeat sellers

4. Verification & Risk Assessment

- Check vehicle details,



ownership records, and documentation
- Identify duplicate, overpriced, or risky listings
- Ensure compliance with company standards before purchase

5. Data Management & Reporting

- Maintain records of sourced vehicles, finalized deals, and pending cases
- Track payments, advance amounts, and purchase status
- Update data in Excel / Google Sheets
- Share daily reports on sourcing and purchase activities

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Graduate in any stream (B. Com / BBA / BA)
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Good understanding of used car market pricing
- Ability to conduct online research and sourcing
- Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets
- High attention to detail and decision-making ability
- Willingness to work night shifts

Pay: ₹9,151.76 - ₹25,000.00 per month
