Employment Type: Full-Time
Shift: Rotational (6:00 AM–3:00 PM & 3:00 PM–12:00 AM)
We're looking for professionals with:
- 10–15 years of experience in Mechanical Engineering
- Strong expertise in NPD, SPM, Heavy Engineering & Sustenance projects
- Proven experience in project delivery, client management, and team leadership
- Hands-on knowledge of CAD tools, mechanical design, hydraulic & pneumatic systems
- Passion for driving operational excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement
What you'll do:
- Lead complex mechanical engineering projects from concept to delivery
- Manage project planning, execution, quality, cost, and timelines
- Mentor engineering teams and build technical excellence
- Collaborate with clients and global delivery teams
- Support business growth through technical proposals and solution presentations
- Drive digital engineering initiatives and CAD automation
