Profile: O&M; Head-Solar-Surat-15 LPA

Experience:

8-9 years of multi-site operations role.
(Preferred: Solar EPC / Solar O&M; leadership experience)

Salary Range: 1 LPM to 1.25 LPM

Roles:

1. O&M; Business Leadership

- Lead and manage the complete Solar O&M; business division
- Develop operational strategies for plant efficiency and client satisfaction

2. Plant Operations & Maintenance

- Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance across solar projects
- Ensure maximum plant uptime and optimized generation performance

3. Team & Resource Management

- Manage O&M; engineers, technicians, vendors, and subcontractors
- Build operational discipline and performance-driven teams

4. Client Relationship Management

- Handle client escalations and maintain robust customer relationships
- Ensure service quality and long-term contract retention

Performance Monitoring & Optimization

- Monitor SCADA systems, KPIs, and plant performance metrics
- Analyze generation losses and implement corrective improvements

6. SOPs, Safety & Compliance

- Implement operational SOPs and safety standards across all sites
- Ensure compliance with statutory, electrical, and audit requirements

7. Reporting & Business Growth

- Prepare MIS reports, operational dashboards, and management reviews
- Support O&M; business expansion and process improvement initiatives

Qualification:

- BE/B.Tech in Electrical Engineering - Preferred
- Renewable energy certifications - Added advantage
- MBA/Operations Management exposure - Preferred
