1. Site Execution & Daily Operations

- Supervise daily site activities and ensure works are carried out as per approved drawings, shop drawings, and method
- Coordinate and sequence works to avoid clashes between trades
- Monitor progress against the approved schedule and report delays immediately
- Ensure proper setting‑out, levels, and alignment before work commencement

2. Quality Control & Compliance

- Ensure all works comply with contract specifications, drawings, and quality standards
- Conduct regular inspections and identify non‑conformances
- Ensure mock‑ups, samples, and inspections are completed and approved before mass works

3. Safety, Health & Environment (SHE)

- Enforce site safety rules, risk assessments, and safe work procedures
- work‑at‑height controls are followed
- Maintain good housekeeping and clear access/egress at all times

4. Workforce & Subcontractor Management

- Supervise subcontractors, workers, and vendors on site
- Ensure adequate manpower deployment as per daily work plan
- Brief teams on work scope, quality expectations, and safety requirements
- Monitor attendance, productivity, and discipline of site personnel

5. Material & Equipment Control

- Check delivered materials for quantity, quality, and approval status
- Ensure proper storage, protection, and usage of materials




- Coordinate material requests to avoid shortages or over‑ordering
- Monitor tools, equipment, and machinery usage on site

6. Coordination & Communication

- Coordinate with engineers, QA/QC, safety officers & consultants
- Support joint inspections with client & architect
- Communicate site issues, constraints, and risks to the Site Engineer / PM promptly
- Maintain valuable coordination and control teams (if applicable)

7. Documentation & Reporting

- Maintain daily site records, progress updates, and inspection checklists
- Assist in preparation of daily reports, site instructions, and handover records
- Track completed works for progress claims and verification
- Ensure drawings and documents on site are the latest approved revisions

8. Handover & Close‑Out Support

- Ensure works are completed snag‑free and ready for inspection
- Support testing, commissioning, and handover activities
- Ensure site is cleared, cleaned, and reinstated after completion

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher, Internship, Contractual / Temporary, Volunteer

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
