Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Purchase Executive to join our procurement team. The ideal candidate will assist in sourcing materials, coordinating with vendors, processing purchase orders, and maintaining procurement records. Freshers are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in sourcing products and identifying potential suppliers.
- Prepare and process purchase orders.
- Follow up with vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Compare quotations and support supplier evaluations.
- Maintain purchase records, invoices, and documentation.
- Coordinate with internal departments regarding material requirements.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in replenishment planning.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Freshers can apply. Candidates with up to 1 - 2 years of experience in procurement or purchasing are also welcome.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a team and manage multiple tasks.
