Sr. Business Analyst- Warehouse Management with Supply Chain Management background. This role will play an interface between the business and IT.

Responsibilities

- Analyzing and assessing requirements together with all the stakeholders of the business, their current and future business processes.
- Strategically developing the implementation roadmap as per the business demands
- Deriving Cost-Benefit Analysis on any new strategic investments to automate the Warehouse processes
- Developing an effective change management process for a smooth digital transformation from legacy processes
- Promoting sustainable and innovative ideas with a view to state-of-the-art solutions
- Identify opportunities, Analyze business priorities, provide solutions within Warehouse Management and Space Planning Systems opportunity in Retail & CPG

Qualifications

- 4+ Years of supply chain management experience with solid functional (Warehouse Transportation & Logistics), technical and customer-facing skills
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required, prefered to have a certification in Supply Chain & Logistics
- Ability to interpret requirements using activity diagrams, use cases, scenarios, business analysis,



flowcharts, document analysis, site visits, business process descriptions and workflow analysis to Induce and manage requirements from clients.
- Ability to solution, sell and deliver on warehouse transformation programs
- 3Pl, 4PL operational pursuit activities
- Experience across a variety of Supply Chain management packaged solutions such as WMS, WCS, TMS, LMS/LMD
- Typical SCM ERP and Best of Breed solution functional knowledge, SAP-MM/WM/SD/eWMS,BlueYonder, Oracle, Infor..
- Experience analyzing, designing, and implementing process and IT solutions
- Ability to engage with people at all levels; both clients and internal colleagues.
- Ability to create unique solutions to complex material engineering flow problems, with organizational, process or technology contexts.
- Ability to interact with both business and IT managers to ensure understanding of both the business and IT challenges and solutions.
- Agile implementation methodology experience is preferred.
- Ability to travel 100% to customer sites in Domestic and International
