Videntur Executors Pvt. Ltd. is inviting enthusiastic and motivated students and fresh graduates to join as Telecaller Interns. This internship offers hands-on experience in recruitment, customer interaction, lead generation, and communication skills while working in a professional corporate environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to customers and prospects to generate leads, drive sales, or schedule appointments.
- Handle inbound customer queries and provide accurate and timely information.
- Follow up with interested leads through phone calls, emails, or messaging platforms.
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls and conversions.
- Build and nurture strong, positive relationships with customers.
- Understand customer needs and offer suitable solutions or service options.
- Handle objections or complaints professionally, with a calm and solution-driven approach.
- Stay updated on company products, services, and promotional offers.
- Maintain detailed records of calls, feedback, and follow-ups in CRM or tracking tools.
- Submit timely reports and updates to the supervisor or team lead.

Required Skills & Qualifications:





- Educational Qualification: Graduation preferred (any stream).
- Experience: 0–1 years (Freshers with robust communication skills are welcome to apply).
- Excellent verbal communication skills in [Odia/Hindi / English / Regional Language].
- Basic computer skills, with working knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.
- Confident, polite, and persuasive communicator.
- Strong interpersonal skills and customer-oriented mindset.
- Ability to handle rejection, stay motivated, and work under pressure.
- Disciplined, target-driven, and team-oriented attitude.
