Job Summary:
We are looking for enthusiastic and confident Telecalling Executives to connect with prospective customers, explain our services, schedule appointments, and support the sales team. Freshers with excellent communication skills and a positive attitude are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers
- Explain clinic services and promotional offers
- Schedule appointments for consultations
- Follow up with leads and maintain customer records
- Address basic customer queries professionally
- Achieve daily calling and appointment booking targets
- Coordinate with the clinic team to ensure smooth customer handling
