Job Title: Barista

Job Summary:
We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Barista to prepare and serve high-quality coffee, beverages, and light food items while delivering an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and specialty beverages according to standard recipes.
- Greet customers, take orders, and process payments accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the coffee station, equipment, and café.
- Ensure proper stock levels of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other supplies.
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
- Recommend menu items and upsell products to customers.
- Handle customer queries and resolve complaints professionally.
- Operate coffee machines, grinders, and other café equipment safely.
- Assist with opening and closing duties as assigned.
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen and service team to ensure smooth operations.
